that could discredit a key witness who helped convict ingmar guandique of levy's death. defense attorneys have said they intend to request a new trial based on the information. levy's 2001 disappearance became international news after she was romantically linked with then- modesto rep. gary condit. eight people, including three children, were injured after an explosion shook this south philadelphia neighborhood late saturday morning. one home was destroyed and two others were heavily damaged. neighbors pitched in to help rescue those inside the homes. witnesses explains what happened. >>:"i saw the whole house was down. i saw the house next to it was falling over. i saw firemen. this dude was burnt up. they were hosing him down with the fire hose."
